Welcome to Designs By Nishy! We specialize in unique weddings, social and corporate events and floral designs in Jamaica.
Designs By Nishy was inspired by a passion for event designing, the love for flowers and nature and quite simply, the sense of satisfaction from making people happy.
Nichelle (Nishy), has been involved in weddings and events in various capacities including Sales, Planning, Designs and Floral Arrangements since 2006. Most of her knowledge is self-taught but she has been influenced by her time spent in hospitality (Marriott Grand Cayman), the financial industry (Stocks & Securities Ltd.), an event and wedding management company (Celebrations Cayman Ltd.) and finally Designs By Nishy.
She has done multi-million dollar weddings - like that of Baseball Superstar Jimmy Rollins in Grand Cayman. Her experience also covers the planning and coordinating of corporate functions for several multi-national corporations, like Red Stripe, Red Cross, HSBC, Deloitte & Touche, Scotia Bank Jamaica, Best Dressed Foods - just to name a few.
